About Trip:

Everest Region is the most prodigious trekking area in Nepal. To get close to the Mt. Everest, you must hike for a week or Fly to Lukla, a remote mountain airstrip where flights are notoriously adventurous. In this trek, trekkers would get the opportunity to explore the typical lifestyle of the sherpas community. While trekking to fewer ambitions destination such as Namche Bazaar, the administrative headquarters of the Khumbu region, Khumjung or Thame, which are more typical Sherpa villages or Tengboche monastery, from Tengboche you witness the excellent view of Everest.

What to expect ?

The trek follows the lower Khumbu trail towards Everest Base Camp crossing over the three passes making this a comprehensive circuit of the Everest region. Though strenuous trekking at times, you are rewarded with remarkable Himalayan scenery including four of the world's eight highest peaks; Cho Oyu (8,201 m), Makalu (8,463 m), Lhotse (8,516 m), Everest (8,850 m). You also get to see the beautiful village of Gokyo and its emerald lakes.

Itinerary

 Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Airport - (1360m.) 

On your arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will pick you up from the airport and transfer to the hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing

If you wish to comprehend Nepal’s historical and cultural values, sightseeing in Kathmandu valley is crucial. Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, is a popular destination for tourists. This city offers a marvelous combination of mix religion of Hinduism, Buddhism, and some imported culture. Kathmandu carries the cultural and religious legacy that can be found at temples, monuments, and artifacts. Patan and Bhaktapur are neighbor cities which reflects a similar legacy. In the half-day tour, you will be guided to Pashupatinath temple and Boudhanath stupa. Pashupatinath is a Hindu Shrine where people worship Lord Shiva whereas Boudhanath is the biggest stupa of Nepal. And for the rest of the day, we will prepare for the trek. You can buy your missing equipment for your trek.

 Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840M/9317ft), 25 minutes and trek to Phakding (2610M/8562ft), 3-4 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),

After early morning breakfast, we will depart to the Airport for the flight to Lukla which is a thrilling scenic flight. Landing on a steep mountain runway brings us to the starting point of our trek at the village of Lukla [2850m]. After assembly of our crew, we will hike up the Dudh Kosi Valley on a well-marked trail.

Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche (3440M/11286ft), 6-7 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),

After breakfast, we will head towards the mountain town of Namche, we will pass through the suspension bridges and forests. In Monjo, we can enter the reputed 'Sagarmatha National Park and then we will take a challenging hike to Namche Bazar. If the weather is good, we will have a clear glimpse of Mt.Everest. Namche is the Trading village in the Khumbu.

Day 05: Acclimatize rest and exploring day around Namche (3440M/11286ft), (Lodging + B-L-D),

Namche is placed beautifully between two giant peaks of the Khumbu region and has an abundance of hotels, lodges, tea shops, and souvenir shops. Namche is a perfect place to spend a day, acclimatizing to the new altitude before heading off towards Syangboche. During our acclimatization, we can visit Khunde Hospital which was set-up by Sir Edmund Hillary or go for an hour walk up to the Everest View Hotel for the sunset view of Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Everest. We can then walk to Khumjung where we will visit a school established by Hillary. Also, we can hike for Khimde to for some beautiful views.

Day 06: Trek from Namche to Tengboche (3860M/12664ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D), 

After breakfast, we will start our trek towards Tengboche, enjoying the superb view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and close up view of Thamserku. Our trek will follow on a similar trail with few ups and downs hills along with the glorious view of the Himalaya. Then we will cross the prayer flags festooned bridge over Dudh Kosi River to reach Phunki Tenga. Further climb along the tough steep up takes you through the pine forests to Tengboche. Tengboche is a great place for close up views of Everest,Ama-Dablam, Nuptse, and it also has the biggest Buddhist Monastery all over in Khumbu region.

Day 07: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4410M/14468ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),

After breakfast, the trail descends to Debuche, a dotted stone village. We will see AmaDablam after crossing Pengboche Khola. Then the trail gradually follows the river to meet the Lobuche Khola and then continues to Dingboche. Anyone can analyze the beauty of the terraced fields of barley, buckwheat, and potato along with Ama Dablam. Icy wind makes the trek more adventure.

Day 08: Trek from Dingboche to Chhukung (4730M/15518ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),

After breakfast, we will begin our trek to Chhukung which will take us about four hours. The trail continuously ascends to Chhukung. On the way, we can enjoy the picturesque livestock and hidden beauty of the Himalayan valley.

Day 09: Acclimatization, rest and exploring day around Chhukun-Ri (5550M/18208ft), (Lodging + B-L-D),

After breakfast, we will hike up to the magnificent colorful Chhukung Ri (5505m) which will demand three to four hours of tough walk. Chhukung Ri offers a panoramic view of Cho Oyu, Pumori, Lhotse, Makalu, Baruntse and Island Peak. After exploring the Himalaya’s beauty, we will return to Chhukung.

Day 10: Trek from Chhukung to Lobuche (4910M/16108ft) via crossing Kongma-La Pass (5535M/18139ft), 7-8 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),

After breakfast in Chhukung, we will begin to walk to ascend to the Kongma La pass. This can be mentioned as 1st Achievement in our 3 pass trek. From the pass, we will descend through the steep to the Khumbu ice mass. For this day, the ultimate descend is the most troublesome stage. Then after, the path turns north through Khumbu ice mass taking us to Lobuche. From Lobuche, we will get the spectacular views of Pumori and Nuptse and keep.

Day 11: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5140M/16863ft) via Everest Base Camp (5364M/17598ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),

This will be the day you step in the Base Camp of Mount Everest. Once we have breakfast, we will walk on the rocky landscape aboard the Khumbu ice mass to EBC. It isn’t easy to walk through the snowy paced glacial trail for two and ½ hours. 


We’ll take our time inspecting the Khumbu ice, visiting ice areas and ice mass half in EBC, getting pleasure from the nice Himalayas and creating best photos & Videos. Then we will go back to Gorekshep for lunch.

Day 12: Early morning hike up to Kalapather (5550M/18208ft) Dzongla (4830M/15846ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),

After breakfast, we'll begin hiking through a giant black rock hill to Kalapathar. This hike could be a directly ascending climb for two hours. The summit of Kala Patter or “Black Rock” offers us the massive views of Mt. Everest (8848m/29000ft). Alongside, Mt. Pumori appears great because of the sunset. Then we will trek back to Lobuche. The path will then descends steeply down for an associate hour and then to Dzongla. It’s a gorgeous spot at the bottom of the Cho La pass.

Day 13: Trek from Dzongla to (5025M/16486ft) to Cho-La Pass (5368M/17611ft), Gokyo (4750M/15583ft), 7-8 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),

After breakfast, we will trek to Cho La Pass(our 2nd Achievements). The pass is the entry for the combined trek to the Gokyo natural depression and Mt. Everest Base Camp. We will climb to a steep rocky incline into the natural depression by the facet of the ice mass. Cross passing the primary of the holy lakes, we will reach Cho La Pass. It’s the pleasing, scenic and straightforward route to Thagnak that has some Sherpa settlement.

Day 14: Hike to Gokyo-Ri (5357M/17575ft), explore five lakes and back to Gokyo (5357M/17575ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),

If the weather will be sensible, today we'll have a chance to climb Gokyo Ri for the pleasurable view of Mount Everest. It’s the most beautiful viewpoint of Mt. Everest Region that will offer us the view of the fourth lake (Thonak Tsho) and fifth lake (Ngozuma Tsho). 

If interested, we can further hike to urge the astounding views of Cho-Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Makulu.

Day 15: Trek from Gokyo to Marlung (4380M/14370ft) via crossing Renjo-La (5360M/17585ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),

After Early morning breakfast, we will depart the most path as we communicate the Renjo La via the Dudh Pokhari(river of milk). After three hours of trek, we'll reach Renjo La. Views from the ridge of Renjo La (our 3rd Achievements) is similar to Gokyo Ri. After, three hours of walk, we will start descending all the way down to the village of Thame. On this manner, we will see Relama Tsho and Renjo Lak. After the further walk, we will reach Marlung and explore around the Marlung Village.

Day 16: Trek from Marlung to Namche (3440M/11286ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),

After breakfast, we will head towards Namche Bazaar by crossing the Bhote Koshi stream. We will then follow a lush green path through the vale of Langmuche Khola and hike to the tiny village of Phortse. The village is preferred by westerners for Buddhist study and is additionally a renowned meditation center. Then we will reach Namche Bazaar after a couple of hours.

Day 17: Trek from Namche to Lukla (2840M/9317ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),

After the breakfast, we will trek down from Namche through the pine jungles till we arrive to cross the high Bridge over Dudh Koshi stream. Then we will walk to Jorsalle check post and then cross the stunning Sherpa village, Manjo and arrive at Phakding for lunch. Our trek continues to Chaurikharka and climbs up before we inbound at Lukla gate. 

Overnight in Lukla. 

 

Day 18: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu (1350M/4429ft), 25 minutes. (Lodging + B).

Overnight in Kathmandu.
